United Methodist Church at Shrub Oak is more than a building. We are a group of people in Shrub Oak, New York, who follow Jesus Christ. We come from a variety of backgrounds and many different countries and speak a little over twenty languages. This diversity honors many rich Christian traditions as we share with one another.
We are a Christian family that gathers together to worship God, to pray, to learn from the Bible, and to help one another become better followers of Jesus Christ. As Christians, we desire to imitate the way that Jesus lived and to tell others about the good news that he proclaimed so that they can also come to follow him.
